What We Do
We offer payouts and escrow services for international and domestic oil and fuel transactions with no limitations on amounts of monies being able to receive with Tier 1 financial institutions. Services can be provided from one time to daily, monthly or yearly. We serve the best interest of the payees and will work within all guidelines and procedures of domestic and international regulations to ensure all parties are safe and secure within the transaction. We are able to serve as an attorney for the entire transaction from start to finish or handle the financial distribution to any or all of the parties involved in the transaction. We are also able to serve as paymaster for other business transactions and client needs.
The Process
Being attorneys we have extensive experience working with and disbursing client funds. We begin with a review of the contracts of the transaction and then we verify and approve it. We then create or review an existing pay out sheet with all of the parties and discuss the payout process and methods with each payee.
Payouts
We are able to receive and disburse funds to financial institutions around the world via Swift. Other payout methods are available on a case by case basis. Our service provides our clients with the safest and most trusted ways to receive monies on their behalf and to disperse their funds to them.
