Santanello was formed to handle a complex array of legal matters for clients around the world. Our primary objective is to work with select clients that need assistance that match our experience and expertise. Our expertise is unmatched in the fuel and oil industry allowing us to represent a select group of clients delivering success day in day out. Our paymaster services go far beyond the basic paymaster services. We handle transactions that go upwards into the hundreds of millions of dollars for each transaction. We operate between the United States and Italy but represent clients and transactions all across the world.
Santanello is owned and operated by Thomas Santanello. Mr. Santanello has been licensed to practice law in the in the United States of America since 2008. Mr. Santanello oversees all clients and services in the firm. He has extensive experience working in the legal field with complex business matters, contract law, and business law, and commodities representation for over 15 years.
While Mr. Santanello focuses his practice entirely in the Fuel and Oil industry and with financial paymaster services he began his career as a licensed sports agent representing over two dozen professional athletes in the NFL. He has also represented several athletes in legal matters involving the NFL CBA, NFL Program of Abuse and Substances, Marketing and Endorsements deals and the drafting and reviewing of dozens of contracts for sports and business related matters for his clients. Some of these services include advising on tax related matters, real estate, investment analysis and review, asset protection, and more . During that time he has also practiced contract law and negotiated and settled many disputes and cases for clients. Mr Santanello operates the legal practice out of Boston, Massachusetts and the Fuel and Oil Consulting Services in Boca Raton, Florida USA and Italy.
