The firm advises clients throughout the lifecycle of a transaction, from preliminary documentation through closing and performance oversight, with particular attention to clarity, enforceability, and commercial alignment.
Attorney Escrow Services
In connection with client representation, the firm provides attorney escrow, settlement administration, and fund disbursement services through its regulated IOLTA trust account.
Pursuant to written engagement and escrow agreements, the firm may receive, hold, and disburse funds strictly in accordance with verified written instructions. These services are structured to support commercial transactions requiring controlled release of funds, structured distributions, or recurring payment mechanisms.
Escrow services are provided incidental to legal representation and in accordance with applicable professional conduct rules.
Ongoing and Structured Distributions
For transactions requiring periodic or recurring fund distributions, the firm may serve as escrow counsel pursuant to standing written instructions.
Such arrangements may include structured payment allocations, installment-based disbursements, milestone-based releases, or other agreed distribution frameworks.
