Settlement and Contractual Execution
The firm advises on settlement architecture and defined execution frameworks in multi-party energy transactions.
Where appropriate, the firm may serve as escrow counsel pursuant to written engagement and escrow agreements. Escrow services are provided incidental to legal representation.
